Refund Policy
At ClipCraft, we are committed to delivering professional grooming services and excellent customer care. We
understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to handle cancellations and concerns fairly. Please
review our refund policy below:
1. Appointment Cancellations
- If you cancel your appointment at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance, you are eligible for a full
refund.
- Cancellations made 24–47 hours before the appointment qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows
- Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- After two missed appointments, a prepayment may be required for future bookings.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please inform us within 24 hours of your
appointment.
- We will gladly offer a correction session free of charge.
- Refunds for completed services are generally not offered unless there was a clear service error.
4. Product Purchases
- Haircare or grooming products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days, provided they
are unused and unopened.
- Opened or used products are non-refundable unless they are defective.
5. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on our
schedule.
- Late arrivals may not be eligible for a refund.
