When a valid DMCA takedown request is submitted to us, we are legally obligated to remove or disable access to the infringing material as quickly as possible. Additionally, as part of this process, we may share your complaint and contact information with the uploader of the allegedly infringing material to encourage resolution.

Counter-Notification Instructions

If you are the content uploader and believe that the takedown occurred due to a mistake or misidentification, you are encouraged to submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include the following:

• The identification and location of the removed content before it was taken down.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the removal of the material was due to an error.
• A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or if outside the United States, to any appropriate district court where the service is available), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
• Your signed (physical or electronic) signature.

After we receive your counter-notification, it will be sent to the original complainant. Unless they initiate legal proceedings within the timeframe allowed by law, we may proceed to restore the removed content.
